I’m so excited to host this gathering alongside my dear co-host Sophie Cozine and the incredible team at The Thyme, in the wild beauty of the Berkshires. There’s something ancient in this land that speaks when we slow down and listen—an invitation to reconnect with the deeper rhythms of life.
SECRETS OF THE FOREST is a 4-day journey into presence, ceremony, and remembrance. We won’t be working with visionary plants, but the medicine is still very much alive—in the forest, in the breath, in the fire, in each other.
Through breathwork, ritual, movement, and communion with the land, we’ll be guided by the energy of the Lion’s Gate Portal and the wisdom of the forest. This is a space for stillness, celebration, and deep connection—with nature, with self, and with community.
