Community Integration: Ongoing Support
Every second Tuesday at 7pm PM EST
Starting Tuesday Nov. 18th @ 7pm EST
Hosted online w/Reda C. through Google Meets
A gathering for those walking with the medicine — a place to land, make meaning, and apply what the plants are teaching you.
We share, we listen, we practice, we remember — together.
This is about community.
Integration is arguably the cornerstone and most essential part of plant medicine work.
Without integration, the visions fade into stories we tell — pleasant memories, but disconnected from real transformation. That does not honor the work or the spirits we call upon.
With integration, the teachings take root. Life becomes choices, boundaries, practices, conversations, art, movement, and service. The nervous system learns safety. The heart learns consistency. Life begins to reflect the teachings.
This is a space to turn insight into behavior, opening into stability, and healing into deeper relationships with self, others, and the world.
We share, witness honestly, and reflect with clean mirrors. We practice breath, gentle movement, and somatic resourcing to anchor the medicine in the body — learning to downshift from peak states into grounded regulation that can be carried anywhere.
Together, we translate the teachings into small, consistent steps, and return to simple rituals that honor the plants, the path, and the ongoing journey of integration.
What to Expect
Each circle is a space to connect, reflect, and ground what’s been received.
We share openly and witness one another with honesty and compassion — creating a clean mirror for growth and understanding.
You’ll be guided through breathwork, gentle movement, and somatic practices that help anchor the medicine into the body and bring balance to the nervous system.
Together, we focus on translating the teachings into small, meaningful steps — cultivating simple rituals that honor the plants, the path, and the ongoing process of integration.
Who This Is For
This circle welcomes all who are walking the path of the plants — those who have sat with Kano in past retreats, ceremonies, or dietas, and those who plan to sit in the near future.
It’s for those who have recently sat and wish to ground their experience.
For those between ceremonies who feel called to reconnect and realign.
For anyone navigating big openings — love, grief, creativity, or transition — and seeking clean, grounded support.
Most of all, it’s for those who wish to return to community, to remember the plants’ teachings, and to walk this path together. Sometimes, simply your presence is the medicine someone else needs.
Principles of the Container
We gather to listen — deepening our ability to hear and live the teachings of the plants.
We gather in confidentiality — what’s shared in the circle stays in the circle.
We gather in community — supporting one another through the journey of integration.
We gather in reciprocity — honoring the plants and the wisdom they bring.
We meet every second Tuesday at 7 PM EST.
Contribution :
This is an ongoing, community-based integration circle — you’re welcome to join any gathering that calls you.
Standard: $25 per gathering — helps sustain the container and keeps the space accessible for all.
Supported: $5 per gathering — for those who are currently stretched financially but wish to stay connected to this work.
Supporter: $50 per gathering — for those who feel called to give at a level that supports both their own journey and others in the community.
If these amounts don’t fit your current situation, you are still welcome.
You can contribute whatever amount feels right for you — whether more or less. What matters most is your presence and sincerity.
This circle is rooted in reciprocity — an understanding that each of us gives and receives in our own way.
Your contribution helps sustain the space, support the facilitators, and ensure that no one is ever turned away for lack of funds.
Give what you can. Receive what you need.
Your Guide
These ongoing integration circles are hosted and guided by Reda Ali Charafeddine, a devoted practitioner, teacher and facilitator within the Earth Connection Community. Reda holds the space with grounded presence, clarity, and care — creating an environment where everyone feels safe to explore, share, and integrate the teachings of the plants. His steady guidance helps weave the personal and collective journey into one current of healing, reflection, and transformation.
Kano and other members of the Earth Connection Community occasionally join the circles to offer additional perspectives, teachings, and support. Their presence helps deepen the shared field of learning and connection, reminding us that integration is a collective process — one strengthened by many voices, experiences, and hearts walking the path together.
About Reda
Reda Ali Charafeddine is a teacher, facilitator, and space holder whose work bridges ancient wisdom traditions with grounded, modern-day tools for transformation. He studied the full Geshe curriculum at the Asian Classics Institute, immersing himself in over 15 years of meditation practice, subtle body training, and the study of both yogic and tantric lineages.
Reda’s approach weaves the mystical and the practical—where the precision of structured methods like DBT meets the depth of ancestral wisdom and energetic systems. This unique blend creates pathways for participants to explore the inner landscape with both safety and depth, allowing for profound shifts in body, mind, and spirit.
In the dieta space, Reda offers a steady, grounded presence that invites trust and openness. His facilitation style is attuned to the emotional and energetic needs of the group, holding space where vulnerability is met with care, and where each person feels supported to go deeper into their process. With equal parts compassion and clarity, he helps others stretch, release, and rediscover the magic that has always been within them.
Preparing for the Integration Circle
Our time together is sacred.
This circle is a space to slow down, connect, and bring awareness to what is moving within and around you.
Here are some simple ways to prepare so you can arrive present, open, and grounded.
Create a Quiet, Comfortable Space
Choose a spot where you can be undisturbed for the duration of the call.
Light a candle, burn a little incense, or bring in a plant or object that connects you to the natural world.
If you can, dim the lights and keep your phone on silent or “do not disturb.”
Have a blanket nearby, a glass of water or tea, and something to sit on that supports your body.
Arrive Early
The call opens 15 minutes before the start time.
This is a period of quiet arrival — a time to settle in, breathe, and prepare the body and mind before we begin.
Use this moment to come into presence. Let your breath slow down. Allow the day to fall away.
Bring Your Pipe or Sacred Tools
If you work with a pipe, mapacho, or other sacred instruments, feel free to have them nearby.
These tools can help you center, pray, and connect with your intention.
Please use them with awareness and respect, allowing the circle to remain grounded and attuned.
Prepare Your Intention
Take a few minutes beforehand to reflect on why you are coming to the circle.
 Ask yourself:
 What am I integrating?
What feels alive in me right now?
What support am I calling in?
You may wish to write your intention in a journal, or simply hold it quietly in your heart.
Come as You Are
There is no need to perform or present yourself in any particular way.
The circle is a place of honesty and humanity — where joy, confusion, peace, and discomfort are all welcome.
Simply arrive as you are, with an open heart and a willingness to listen and share.
Presence Is Enough
You are not required to speak if you don’t feel called to.
Listening is powerful medicine, and sometimes your quiet presence is exactly what someone else needs.
The circle works through collective energy — each person holding space contributes to the healing of all.
Integration Journal
Keep a notebook nearby to jot down any reflections, insights, or emotions that surface during or after the call.
Integration begins the moment you bring awareness to what’s arising — writing helps anchor it into form.
After the Call
Give yourself a little time afterward to remain in stillness.
Go for a short walk, stretch, drink water, or sit in silence.
Allow what was shared to settle into the body and heart.
Final Note
This gathering is an offering of the Earth Connection Community, hosted by Reda Ali Charafeddine, with occasional participation from Kano and other facilitators.
It is a space of respect, presence, and genuine connection.
Please arrive on time, be fully present, and honor the shared container we create together.
